1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VendTru ("we," "us," or "our platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account Types & Billing

VendTru offers two account types: vendor accounts (free trial, then paid subscription) and producer accounts (paid membership). Subscription fees are billed through Base44 Payments. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. Reviews & Content

Vendors may leave one review per event. Reviews must be based on genuine experience. You may not post fraudulent, defamatory, or knowingly false content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Producers who maintain an active paid membership may respond publicly to reviews on their events.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) harass, threaten, or impersonate other users; (b) attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews; (c) scrape or copy platform data without permission; (d) use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

VendTru is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Reviews represent the opinions of their authors, not VendTru. We are not liable for decisions made based on review content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
