3. Vendor Anonymity

Vendors with a paid subscription may post reviews anonymously. When this option is selected, the vendor's business name and location are hidden from public display, though VendTru retains the association internally for verification and fraud prevention.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with: (a) our payment processor to handle billing; (b) service providers who help operate the platform (hosting, email delivery); all under appropriate data-protection agreements. We may disclose information when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Event listings, reviews, and associated content may be retained after account deletion for platform integrity. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
